Resolved Question: Moving to Atlanta Ga?

Hello I am moving to the Atlanta Ga area in a few months and I've been planning this move for a year but I cannot decide between Lithonia and Decatur. I have found some really nice houses in both places but I want to be where my kids can play outside and where there isn't a really far commute to the inner city. I do have family all over Georgia but just none in those two places. I am also wondering about the job market in Atlanta because I hear that it's really bad and there are no jobs.
