Voting Question: Are there any community colleges in georgia that has a degree in art or graphic design?

Im a high school senior in georgia and i want to go to a GOOD art college in georgia, im wiling to go to a community college that has an art program.I have a 2.8 GPA and have won art shows and had my art in my town's art museum and also have volunteered and work at a grocery store. So far I've applied to Art Institute of Atlanta-Decatur and im excited but i've heard on the internet that it is not worth the money so i want to expand my options of getting a degree in graphic design just in case.
